For more than 24 years, Germany has been my home. Before that, my journey began in Indonesia, where I was born, grew up, and completed my undergraduate studies. Although I have spent most of my life living outside Indonesia, it will always be a part of who I am.
Indonesia is an extraordinary country—rich in natural beauty, cultural diversity, talented people, and abundant resources. I consider myself truly blessed to have this heritage. It shaped my values, my curiosity, and my appreciation for different perspectives.
A Life of Learning Through Travel
One of my greatest passions is traveling.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of visiting and working in many countries for both professional and personal reasons. Every journey has taught me something new—not only about different cultures and business environments, but also about people, communication, and myself.
Travel has become one of the best universities in my life.
Meeting people from different backgrounds reminds me that while our cultures may differ, our aspirations are often very similar. We all seek meaningful work, trustworthy relationships, opportunities to grow, and a better future.
This global perspective strongly influences the way I approach consulting, facilitation, and entrepreneurship today.
Languages Connect People
Language is much more than vocabulary and grammar—it is a bridge between people.
Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to learn several languages:
- Indonesian – My native language and the language of my roots.
- English – The language I use every day for business, writing, thinking, and even my personal reflections and prayers.
- German – After living and working in Germany for over two decades, it has become a natural part of my professional and daily life. While I completed a C2-level language course, I believe true fluency is demonstrated through meaningful communication and practical experience rather than certificates alone. Every industry has its own terminology, and continuous learning never stops.
- Spanish – I first learned Spanish while working in South America during my engineering career. Today, I regularly travel to Spain—a country I deeply admire for its welcoming people, rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and inspiring lifestyle.
And who knows? I’m always open to learning another language.
Every new language opens another window into understanding people and cultures.
Why English?
Many visitors ask why I communicate primarily in English.
The answer is simple.
English allows me to connect with clients, partners, and entrepreneurs from all over the world through one common language. It enables broader collaboration while keeping communication clear and consistent.
That said, if we meet and you prefer Indonesian, German, or Spanish, feel free to speak to me in whichever language is most comfortable for you.
I’ll happily switch.
My Professional Journey
Throughout my career, I have worked across engineering, manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.
These experiences have taught me that successful businesses are built on three essential foundations:
- Continuous learning
- Continuous improvement
- Strong relationships
Technology continues to evolve rapidly—especially with Artificial Intelligence—but genuine human connection, trust, and collaboration remain irreplaceable.
That belief is at the heart of everything I do through 2TheClue.
Looking Ahead
Today, my focus is helping entrepreneurs and organizations discover opportunities, improve processes, generate innovative ideas, and transform those ideas into sustainable results.
Whether through Kaizen workshops, business consulting, sustainability initiatives, AI-enabled transformation, or entrepreneurial mentoring, my goal remains the same:
